A call-out and diagnosis is charged at a fixed fee quoted before we drive out. Common repairs — capacitors, contactors, sensors, drain clearing — sit at the affordable end. Gas top-ups and compressor work cost more and are always quoted in writing first.

How long does an aircon repair take?
Most repairs are completed in a single visit of one to two hours. Where a part has to be ordered we tell you on the day and give you a firm return time.
Do you charge for a quote?
The call-out and diagnosis carry a fixed fee, which is quoted upfront. The repair quote itself is free, and there is no obligation to proceed.
