How we work
Every job starts the same way: you describe the symptom, we tell you the call-out fee, and we give you a realistic arrival window. On site the technician diagnoses the actual fault — pressures, electrics, airflow and drainage — rather than defaulting to "it needs gas".
You get a written quote before anything is opened up or replaced. If a part has to be ordered, we say so honestly and give you a date. If the unit is beyond economic repair, we will tell you that too, with the replacement figure next to the repair figure so you can decide.
