How fast can you reach Wendywood?

Call us any hour — a technician is dispatched within 60 minutes across Randburg and Sandton. We will tell you plainly when a Wendywood unit is beyond economical repair rather than billing for a temporary fix.

Can you fix a Westpoint that flashes a fault code and stops?

Yes. We diagnose Westpoint systems on site and repair this fault with code readout, board and sensor diagnostics, quoting in writing before any work starts.

My unit uses R22 gas — can it still be repaired?

R22 is being phased out and is expensive and scarce. In Wendywood we usually recommend replacement for R22 systems, and we will show you the running-cost comparison rather than just quoting a new unit.

Will you try to sell me a new system?

Only when repair genuinely does not make sense. Most of our work is repairs.
