How fast can you reach Sundowner?

Call us any hour — a technician is dispatched within 60 minutes across Randburg and Sandton. We diagnose multi-split systems head by head, so you only pay to fix what is actually broken.

Can you fix a Kelvinator that flashes a fault code and stops?

Yes. We diagnose Kelvinator systems on site and repair this fault with code readout, board and sensor diagnostics, quoting in writing before any work starts.

One room is not cooling but the rest are fine — is the whole system faulty?

Usually not. On multi-split systems common in Sundowner, that points to one indoor unit, its expansion valve or its sensor. It is a targeted repair, not a system replacement.

Do you work inside estates?

Yes. Send us the estate access requirements when you book and we will handle it.
