Can you fix a Toshiba that flashes a fault code and stops?

Yes. We diagnose Toshiba systems on site and repair this fault with code readout, board and sensor diagnostics, quoting in writing before any work starts.

Why does my upstairs aircon never get cold enough?

Nine times out of ten it is sizing or airflow, not a fault. We measure the room load and tell you honestly whether a repair, a service or a larger unit is the right answer.

Undersized upstairs units running continuously without reaching setpoint
Blocked filters halving airflow in bedrooms
Outdoor units on first-floor brackets vibrating loose

Olivedale homes are typically double-storey with bedrooms upstairs, and heat rises. We are called out here for upstairs units running flat out and still not coping — sometimes genuinely faulty, often simply undersized for a room that bakes under a tiled roof all afternoon.
