Fujitsu compressor failure — installation & relocation in Northgate
When a Fujitsu system hums then cuts out in Northgate, the repair starts with capacitor, contactor and winding tests before replacement. Quiet splits; control boards and fan motors are typical repairs. Northgate businesses get priority dispatch, and we routinely schedule repairs after close so trading is not interrupted.

- Retail cassette units clogged by long trading hours and foot traffic dust
- Restaurant kitchens overloading nearby indoor units with heat
- Roof-mounted plant with corroded mounting frames
Northgate is retail and commercial territory, and shop cooling is a trading issue rather than a comfort issue. When a store or restaurant loses air conditioning here, we prioritise it, work after closing where possible, and keep the common spares for the systems in this precinct on the van.
