Defy error code on display — installation & relocation in Randpark Ridge
When a Defy system flashes a fault code and stops in Randpark Ridge, the repair starts with code readout, board and sensor diagnostics. Entry-level residential splits. Multi-unit homes get a full-system check on every visit, not just the unit that failed.
How we repair a Defy that flashes a fault code and stops

Every quote is given in writing before we touch a component, and all work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
- Heat pump geysers failing on the controller board
- Bedroom units cooling unevenly from undersized installations
- Multi-split systems where one indoor head stops responding
Randpark Ridge properties tend to be larger, with multiple bedrooms on aircon and a heat pump handling hot water. When one part of that system fails the household feels it immediately, which is why most of our Randpark Ridge work is same-day.
