How fast can you reach River Club?

Call us any hour — a technician is dispatched within 60 minutes across Randburg and Sandton. River Club is covered from our Morningside route, with emergency dispatch around the clock.

Can you fix a Carrier that flashes a fault code and stops?

Yes. We diagnose Carrier systems on site and repair this fault with code readout, board and sensor diagnostics, quoting in writing before any work starts.

Why does my unit produce so much water?

Higher humidity near the spruit means more condensate. If the drain cannot cope you get overflow indoors, which we fix by clearing and correctly falling the line.

Can insects really damage an aircon?

Yes — nests inside outdoor units block airflow and short out contactors. We check for them as standard here.

Insect and plant debris nesting inside outdoor units near green belt
Higher humidity overloading condensate drainage
Corrosion on units exposed to damp riverside air

River Club's homes back onto green belt and the Braamfontein Spruit, which is lovely for residents and hard on outdoor units. Humidity, insects and plant debris all find their way into condensers here, and drainage matters more than in drier parts of Sandton.
