How we repair a Sunnex ice machine that flashes a fault code and stops
Our Boskruin call-out for error code begins with code readout, board and probe diagnostics. Ice machines fail fastest on Highveld borehole and hard municipal water, so we check water quality, filtration and scale on every visit. Quotes are given in writing before we touch a component, and all work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
- Water inlet valve, pump and float diagnostics
- Descaling and full sanitising of the water circuit
- Harvest cycle, thermostat and probe calibration
- Sealed system: leak trace, vacuum and accurate recharge
- Auger, gearbox and dispenser motor repairs
Boskruin sits high and catches the wind, which sounds pleasant until you look at what it does to an outdoor unit. Grit and leaf debris pack condenser fins here faster than almost anywhere else on our route, so cleaning is a standard part of every Boskruin diagnosis.
