How we repair a ITV ice machine that drops small, hollow or cloudy cubes
Our Sundowner call-out for small or cloudy cubes begins with water quality, scale removal and cycle timing correction. Ice machines fail fastest on Highveld borehole and hard municipal water, so we check water quality, filtration and scale on every visit. Sundowner runs along the northern edge of Randburg with a mix of freestanding homes and newer estate developments. Estate homes here often have multi-split systems, where a single faulty indoor head can be mistaken for a whole-system failure.
