How we repair a AEG ice machine that makes ice but won't dispense
Our Robindale call-out for not dispensing begins with auger motor, solenoid and chute clearing. Quotes are given in writing before we touch a component, and all work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
- Water inlet valve, pump and float diagnostics
- Descaling and full sanitising of the water circuit
- Harvest cycle, thermostat and probe calibration

- Auger, gearbox and dispenser motor repairs
Robindale is quiet, residential and close to our Randburg base. Calls here are mostly family homes with one or two splits and a heat pump, where the fault has usually been building for months before anyone rings.
